Which resume gets sent when I apply?
A panel opens before each application showing your three most recent resumes plus an upload option. The one you tap is the one sent to that company.
Pick or upload
- Read the list under Your resumes
Your three most recent resumes are shown, newest first, with their file names.
- Tap the one you want
One tap chooses it and moves the application on. There is no separate confirm button.
- Or upload a fresh file
Select Browse files to upload and pick a PDF, DOC or DOCX under 5 MB. The new file is used for this application.
It also becomes your latest resume for future applications.
If something goes wrong
The resume I want is not in the list
WhyOnly your three most recent resumes are shown.
FixUpload the file you want to send. It goes to the top of the list.
"Couldn't upload resume. Please try again."
WhyThe upload did not finish.
FixCheck the file format and size, then try again. See It says Upload your resume to apply.
The panel closed before I chose anything
WhyClosing the panel cancels that application.
FixPress Quick Apply again. Nothing was sent.
No panel appeared at all
WhyYou have no saved resume yet.
FixYour latest uploaded resume is attached automatically in that case.

Yes. The choice is made for each application, so you can tailor a file and upload it just before you apply.
Does the company see all my resumes?
No. Only the one you picked for that application.
Can I change the resume after applying?
No. The application is filed with the resume you chose. Apply to other roles with the file you prefer.
