- Your phone number, unless you share it yourself
Make a stronger application
- Send a resume that matches the role
Pick or upload a file that names the skills in the posting.
- Answer every screening question properly
A blank or one word answer is treated as a gap for a required question.

Check your profile, since it is shown alongside your resume.
