The unlock popup keeps appearing on my report
The unlock card appears because your report is a free one. Closing it hides it for a while, and on a phone it comes back. Unlocking the report or going Gold stops it for good.
A couple of seconds after a free report loads, an unlock card opens over it. Closing it moves it to a small card in the corner. On a phone that corner card returns after a short while, because the locked sections and the blurred preview are not visible on a small screen.
What stops it
- Unlock the report
- Once your report is a full one, the card does not appear.
- Gold
- Members on Gold do not see it.
- Time
- The prompt stops appearing roughly 20 minutes after the report loads.
- Holding credits
- If you already hold scan credits, the card offers Run Fresh Scan instead of a purchase.
