What is the ATS Resume Scanner?
The scanner reads your resume the way recruiter screening software does. It gives you a score out of 100, then lists what is missing or weak, section by section, so you know what to fix before you apply.
Most companies run your resume through applicant tracking software before a person reads it. The scanner does the same reading, then tells you what that software would and would not find in your file.

What it checks in your resume
- Whether the machine can find your name, email, phone number and job title
- Whether the standard sections are present and named plainly
- How many bullets carry a number or a result instead of a duty
- Spelling, weak verbs, repeated phrases and vague buzzwords
- Length, bullet count and whether content sits in paragraphs
- Keywords the role is screened on, and which of them are missing

Do I need an account?
You upload first, then verify a mobile number with an OTP before the report opens. The number links the scan to your account so you can come back to it.
Is my resume shown to recruiters?
Scanning uploads the file to your GoodSpace profile so it can be read and scored. See Safety and privacy for how your data is handled.
What is a good score?
Aim for 80 or above. The report tells you how many points you are away from 80.
