What does my ATS score mean?
The score is out of 100. Above 80 is Strong, 60 to 79 is Average and below 60 is Needs work. The report also shows how many points you are away from 80 and how many fixes are waiting.
Score bands

| 60 to 79 | Average | Readable, but missing keywords or carrying formatting problems. |
| Below 60 | Needs work | Likely to be filtered out before a recruiter sees it. |
Under the ring you will see either Past the 80 bar or the number of points still needed, for example 12 points to 80. The line at the top of the report tells you how many fixes were found and how many sections they sit in.
Other numbers in the report
- Section percentage
- The average of the checks inside that section. Green from 80, amber from 60, red below that.
- Issue count
- Each check shows No issues or 3 issues, and so on. A lower count is better.
- Grade
- The Fix Resume chip in the top bar carries a letter grade from your overall score, for example A or B-.
- Locked
- A check that reads Locked is part of the full report and was not counted for you.
- Re-scan
- A check that reads Re-scan did not exist when this report was made. Run a fresh scan to fill it in.

Why did my score change when I scanned the same resume again?
Part of the score comes from an AI reading of your writing, so a re-scan of the same file can move by a few points. Formatting and section checks are fixed rules and do not move.
Can I reach 100?
In practice, no. The report treats 80 as the bar that matters, and the strongest resumes usually land in the 80s.
Does a high score guarantee an interview?
No. It means the screening software can read and rank your resume properly. The hiring decision is still made by people.
