How do I download or email my ATS report?
On an unlocked report, use Download PDF or Email it to me in the top bar. On a free report both buttons open the Gold upgrade instead of delivering the file.
Get a copy of your report
- Open the report
Open the scan you want from VIEW LAST REPORT on the ATS Score Checker, or from Recent Work in premium tools.
- Press Download PDF
The button sits in the bar at the top of the page. It shows Preparing... while the file is built, then opens the PDF in a new tab.
On a phone the same two actions appear as small round icon buttons.
- Or press Email it to me
The report is sent to the email address on your account. The button then reads Sent to your email.
If something goes wrong
"Unlock the full report first."
WhyThe report you are on was scanned as a free report.
FixUnlock, then re-scan so the new report is a full one.
"You have reached today's limit for emailing this report."
WhyThere is a daily cap on how many times a report can be emailed.
FixDownload the PDF instead, or try the email again tomorrow.
"Could not prepare your report. Please try again."
WhyThe PDF build failed.
FixWait a moment and press the button again.
"Could not send the email. Please try again."
WhyThe email could not be sent this time.
FixTry again, and check that the email address on your account is correct.
Nothing opened when I pressed download
WhyThe browser blocked the new tab.
FixAllow pop-ups for goodspace.ai and press the button again.

Which email address is used?
The one registered on your GoodSpace account. You cannot type a different address.
Does the emailed report include the PDF?
The email carries a link to the report, and the PDF is attached when it can be prepared in time.
How long does the download link work?
The link is signed and short lived. If it stops working, press Download PDF again to get a fresh one.
