Your Report
What does each section of the report mean?
The left side of the report lists your sections. Home is the summary, then parse rate, impact, clarity, style, sections, skills and keywords. Each one holds checks with an issue count you can open.
The sections
| Section | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Home | The summary. The fixes worth doing first, taken from your own scan. |
| ATS Parse Rate | Whether the machine can find your name, email, phone, job title and standard headings. |
| Impact | Whether your bullets state results and numbers rather than duties. Includes spelling, weak verbs, repeated phrases and word choice. |
| Clarity | Length and density: word count, bullet count, page count and whether content sits in paragraphs. |
| Style | Buzzwords, date formats, your contact block and passive voice. |
| Sections | Which standard headings an applicant tracking system expects and which are missing. |
| Skills | How well your skills cover the roles you are aiming at, and which ones are worth adding. |
| ATS Keywords | The keywords the role is screened on, and which of them are not in your resume. |

Reading a check
- **No issues**
- Nothing to fix on that check.
- **3 issues**
- Three specific things to fix. Open the check to see each one quoted from your resume.
- **Locked**
- Part of the full report. Unlock to see the detail.
- **Re-scan**
- This check is newer than your report. Run a fresh scan to get a result.
