- The Gold price summary has an Estimated GST (18%) row and a Total payable row. Tool payment boxes note Prices exclusive of taxes.
- Your receipt
- A Payment confirmed email is sent to the email address on your account, with the amount and GST included.
- Invoice
- There is no invoice download button in the job seeker app today. Request a GST invoice from support with your order details.
Find your receipt
- Search your email
Look for the confirmation email sent at the time of the purchase. Check spam and promotions too.
- Match it to your account
It goes to the email on your GoodSpace account, not to the email typed at checkout.
- Ask support if you need a GST invoice
Send the date, the amount and the product name so the invoice can be raised against the right order.

No. The listed price is before tax. The total with GST is shown before you pay.
Can I add my company GST number?
The job seeker checkout does not collect a GST number. Contact support if you need one on the invoice.
