Payment problems
I got an email saying my purchase is not complete
The email is a reminder that you started a purchase and did not finish paying. Nothing was charged. The button in the email takes you straight back to the checkout, and you can ignore it if you changed your mind.
- When it is sent
- About ten minutes after an order is started without a completed payment.
- Which products
- Resume Builder, Cover Letter, AI Mock Interview, Headshot Generator and Resume Scanner.
- If you did pay
- The reminder is skipped once the payment is received.
- What it contains
- The product name, the base price, the GST and the total, with a link back to checkout.
Finish the purchase from the email
- Open the email
Check it is from GoodSpace and addressed to the email on your account.
- Tap the button in the email
It opens the same product and starts the checkout for you.
- Complete the payment
Stay on the page until it confirms.
