Why did my offer or discount not apply?
Check the price summary before paying. If the Discount row is missing, the offer link was probably opened in a different browser, has ended, or does not cover the plan you picked.

You opened the link on your phone and paid on a laptop
WhyAn offer is remembered for the visit that followed the link, not for your account.

WhyCampaign links have an end date and quietly fall back to the standing price.
FixUse the price shown on Gold plans, which is always the amount you will be charged.
You picked a different plan term
WhyAn offer can be limited to particular Gold terms.

WhyThe trial does not carry an offer discount.
