Can I get a refund on GoodSpace?
Subscription fees and service fees are non refundable under the GoodSpace refund policy. Requests are still reviewed one by one, and where a refund is approved it is sent to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
What the policy says
- All subscription fees are non refundable. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of the current term.
- Fees for other services on the platform are non refundable.
- Job seeker Gold is covered by this policy. Gold renews automatically until it is cancelled, and cancelling stops future renewals.
- One time job seeker purchases are covered too, including Resume Builder, Resume Scanner, Cover Letter, AI Mock Interview and Headshot Generator.
- Accelerate is invite only and is governed by its own agreement, not by this page.
Request a refund
- Read the policy first
Open the refund policy and find the line that matches what you bought.
- Collect your details
The account email or phone, the date, the amount, the product name and the payment reference.
- Write to support
Say what went wrong. Requests are reviewed individually, on the merits of each case.
- If it is approved
The refund is initiated to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Is the refund automatic if I cancel on day one?
No. Cancelling stops future renewals. Any refund of an amount already paid has to be requested and reviewed.
What about the trial hold?

How will I get the refund?
To the original payment method. GoodSpace does not send refunds to a different account or wallet.
Does this cover Accelerate or Enterprise?
No. Those are governed by their own agreements, as the policy page states.
