Why was 5 rupees taken for the free trial?
The 7-day Gold trial shows a refundable hold of 5 rupees today. It is there to authorise the autopay mandate, and the plan amount is charged on day 7 unless you cancel before then.

Avoid the day 7 charge

The charge happens at the end of the trial, not at the start.
- Cancel from your profile
Open your profile and cancel the trial. The page tells you to cancel before day 7 to avoid the charge.
- Look for the confirmation
You should see Trial cancelled, you won't be charged.

It is a refundable hold placed through your bank, so the timing depends on your bank. Check your statement if it has not returned.
