GoodSpace Gold

Gold is the paid plan for job seekers on GoodSpace. It is one plan sold in 1 month, 3 month and 6 month terms, and it unlocks the career tools, Contact HR, more recruiter visibility and the Gold WhatsApp community.

Gold lifts the free limits on every tool and adds features free users do not get at all, such as Contact HR, hidden job alerts, the Gold WhatsApp community and placement assistance.

Go to Manage products. A Gold member sees a My Subscription card titled Gold Plan or Gold Plan Trial, with an Active chip and a Renews date. If you see plan cards instead, you are on the free plan.

The small gold pill with a crown and the word Gold marks a GoodSpace Gold member. It shows next to the name on the profile and in people search results, and it appears on your profile once your Gold is active.

A one time purchase buys a small pack of uses for that one tool. Gold is a subscription that covers every tool, adds Contact HR and visibility, and refreshes credits every month. A one time purchase does not make you a Gold member.

Open the Gold plans page, choose the 1 month, 3 month or 6 month term, read the price details, then press Upgrade to Gold. You sign in if you have not already, and the secure checkout opens.

There is one Gold plan with three billing terms. The longer the term, the less it costs per month. Benefits are identical on all three, and tool credits refresh monthly whichever term you pick.

An offer link is remembered only for the browser tab you opened it in, so a fresh tab loses it. Open the link again and complete the purchase in that same tab. The discount applies to the first charge, renewals go back to the normal price.

Gold is one membership on one account, so buying it anywhere turns it on everywhere. You can buy Gold in the app or on the website. Cancelling and the full subscription card live on the website.

You get full Gold for 7 days. A refundable hold of Rs 5 is taken today and returned automatically. On day 7 the term you picked is charged and Gold continues. You can cancel before day 7 and pay nothing.

The 7 day Gold trial can be used once per account, ever. If you have started it before, even on a different device, the claim window shows this message and you need to buy a plan instead.

Go to your profile, open the Gold Trial card and press Cancel Subscription, then pick a reason and confirm. You keep Gold for the rest of the 7 days and the day 7 charge does not happen.

Gold is a recurring subscription. At checkout you authorise an automatic payment, and at the end of each term the same amount is charged again and your benefits continue. Cancelling stops the next charge.

Gold credits are monthly. Each month of your plan you get a fresh set of tool credits, including on 3 month and 6 month terms. Unused credits belong to that month, so use them as you go.

Open your profile, find the subscription card, press Cancel Subscription, choose a reason and press Confirm cancellation. Gold stays on until the end of the term you already paid for, then it does not renew.

Nothing changes on the day you cancel. Your card shows Cancellation scheduled with the date your access runs to. On that date Gold ends, Contact HR and the plan credits stop, and the Gold badge comes off.

Most often the page is showing an old copy of your plan. Reload, then check Manage products. If it still says free, sign out and in, and make sure you paid while signed in to the same GoodSpace account.

About a week after you join Gold, GoodSpace may send a WhatsApp message with a link to a short feedback page. It asks your name, phone, five ratings from 1 to 5 and an optional comment. It is optional.
