Do unused credits carry over?
Credits belong to a monthly cycle. Use them within the month rather than saving them up.
Is Contact HR really unlimited?
Yes, there is no daily or monthly cap while Gold is active. Some jobs simply have no contact assigned yet.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. The plans page lists GST invoice among what is included. See Payments and refunds.
