How do I check if my Gold is active and when it ends?
Go to Manage products. A Gold member sees a My Subscription card titled Gold Plan or Gold Plan Trial, with an Active chip and a Renews date. If you see plan cards instead, you are on the free plan.
Check your plan
- Open Manage products
Go to Manage products. You need to be signed in.
- Read the My Subscription card
The title is Gold Plan, or Gold Plan Trial while the 7 day trial is running.
- Check the chip and the date
The chip reads Active or Cancelled, and Renews shows the date your term ends.
- Open the full view
View subscription takes you to your profile, where the cancel option lives.
What each state means
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Gold Plan with Active | Gold is on and will renew on the date shown |
| Gold Plan Trial | Your 7 day trial is running. The card also shows when it expires |
| Cancelled chip | Auto renewal is off. You keep Gold until the date shown, then it stops |
| Plan cards instead of a subscription card | You are on the free plan |
| A loading spinner that does not finish | Reload the page. If it repeats, sign out and sign in |
