How does Gold autopay and renewal work?
Gold is a recurring subscription. At checkout you authorise an automatic payment, and at the end of each term the same amount is charged again and your benefits continue. Cancelling stops the next charge.
How the billing runs
- What you authorise
- An automatic payment for your term, set up in the secure checkout
- Charged
- At the end of each term, on the Renews date shown on your plan card
- Amount
- The normal price for your term. A first charge discount does not repeat
- Credits
- Refreshed for the new cycle once the renewal goes through
- Stop it
- Cancel before the renewal date
See when you will be charged
- Open Manage products
Go to Manage products.
- Read the Renews date
That is the date the next charge is attempted.
- Decide in time
If you do not want to continue, cancel a few days before that date.
