My Gold offer link is not showing the lower price
An offer link is remembered only for the browser tab you opened it in, so a fresh tab loses it. Open the link again and complete the purchase in that same tab. The discount applies to the first charge, renewals go back to the normal price.
Make the offer price apply
- Open the offer link again
Use the exact link from the email or message, not a link you typed yourself.
- Stay in that tab
The code is remembered for that tab only. A new tab or a new browser loses it.
Signing in inside that same tab is fine, the code survives that.
- Check the price panel
The Discount row on the right should show the offer percentage before you pay.
- Pay from that page
If the discount is not on the panel, it will not be on the charge either. Do not pay expecting it to appear later.
