What is the Gold feedback form I was sent?
About a week after you join Gold, GoodSpace may send a WhatsApp message with a link to a short feedback page. It asks your name, phone, five ratings from 1 to 5 and an optional comment. It is optional.

Fill it in
- Open the link
It opens the feedback page. You do not need to sign in.
- Enter your name and number
Use the number on your GoodSpace account so we can match the feedback.
- Rate the five questions
From Poor to Excellent. The first one, overall satisfaction, is required.
- Add a comment
Optional, but it is the part the team reads first.
- Submit
A thank you card replaces the form when it has gone through.
If something goes wrong
