Working with the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the successful delivery of quality software products. As a Scrum Master, facilitate and organize daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other activities as needed. Engage in continuous learning, staying updated with the latest Scrum methodologies, tools, and techniques. Support the product owner in refining and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring visibility and clarity for all stakeholders.
