GoodSpace Hire360 is a BFSI recruitment agency for NBFCs, insurers, fintechs and other financial services firms that need sales, finance and leadership hires in India. Recruiters run each search, AI helps assess applications against your brief, and the only charge is a success fee, paid when your hire joins.
Our BFSI and fintech work so far
- 20+ roles briefed by 15+ financial services firms, NBFCs, insurers and fintechs
- 57% of BFSI roles are budgeted at Rs 10 L or more
Hire360 mandates approved since October 2025, as of 27 October 2026.
Recruitment for financial services teams
We take permanent sales, business development, finance and leadership briefs from NBFCs, insurers and fintech companies. A matching title alone does not show whether a candidate knows your product or distribution channel.
- Name the financial product, customer segment and sales channel.
- Set out fixed pay, incentives and any required certifications; discuss credit or collections roles with your CSM before go-live.
BFSI and fintech roles we hire for
Sales and business development is the largest share of our financial services work, followed by business head and finance roles. The titles below are typical of NBFC, insurer and fintech briefs; business head roles run as senior searches (see the questions below).
Sales and business development
- Sales Manager
- Sales Lead
- Business Development Executive
We look for people who have sold a regulated product, such as loans, insurance, investments or payments, and who can name the channel their numbers came from.
Finance and accounts
- Finance Manager
We check who owned the books, how close the person was to statutory audits, and whether they have prepared returns for a regulator such as the RBI or IRDAI.
Customer service
- Customer Care Executive
We look for people who have handled queries and complaints on a financial product, where grievance timelines and accurate disclosure matter as much as tone.
What makes BFSI and fintech hiring hard
Sales talent is tied to a channel
A sales manager at a lender or insurer is only as productive as the channel behind them: a branch, a DSA and connector network, partner tie-ups or a digital funnel. Someone who sold well through branches can struggle in an open-market or app-led role, and relationships do not always move with the person.
How we handle it: Your brief records the product and the channel. AI helps assess applications against your brief, then recruiters ask each candidate how their business was sourced, so the shortlist shows channel fit rather than a matching sales title.
Certifications and checks surface late
Many insurance distribution roles need an IRDAI-prescribed qualification, and mutual fund or securities roles often need the relevant NISM certificate. Financial services employers also run detailed background and employment checks. A missing certificate, or a work history that does not match the CV, often comes to light only at verification, after the interviews are done.
How we handle it: We ask which certifications are mandatory at joining and which can wait. Recruiters ask each candidate about certification status, walk through their employment history in screening and flag any gap on the shortlist, so you decide before interviews rather than after an offer.
Incentive-led pay makes offers hard to compare
In BFSI sales a large part of take-home pay is variable, and payout cycles differ from firm to firm. Candidates weigh fixed pay, incentive history and payouts still due, and many will only resign once a payout lands. Offers from a lender, an insurer and a fintech are rarely like for like.
How we handle it: The brief captures your fixed budget and incentive plan. Recruiters discuss each candidate's current fixed and variable split and payout dates during screening, so the shortlist notes what it will take to move them and when they can realistically join.
What we ask for in a BFSI or fintech brief
In financial services, two people with the same title can sell different products, through different channels, to different customers. A precise brief lets AI scoring and recruiter screening tell them apart, so we ask for these inputs.
- Product and customer segmentWhat the hire will sell, service or manage (loans, insurance, wealth or payments) and whether customers are retail, self-employed, SME or corporate.
- Sales channelBranch, DSA and connector network, partner tie-ups, open market, or digital and inside sales. The channel decides where we look.
- Certifications and regulatory exposureWhether the role needs an IRDAI-prescribed qualification or a NISM certificate at joining or later, and any audit or regulatory reporting experience you expect.
- Territory and teamThe region the role covers, whether the hire inherits or builds a team, and how performance is measured, such as disbursals, premium or assets under management.
- Fixed and variable payYour fixed budget, incentive structure and payout cycle, so recruiters can compare offers like for like and judge joining dates early.
