Construction recruitment agency for developers and contractors
GoodSpace Hire360 is a construction recruitment agency for real estate developers, EPC and construction contractors, and building material companies that need sales, project and leadership hires. Recruiters run each search, AI helps assess applications against your brief, and Hire360 works on a success fee, paid when your hire joins.
Our real estate and construction work so far
- 57+ roles briefed by 28+ developers, contractors and building material companies
- 56% are budgeted at Rs 10 L or more
Hire360 mandates approved since October 2025, as of 27 October 2026.
Construction recruitment for project and management teams
We help developers, contractors and building material firms recruit permanent sales, project and management hires. We do not supply temporary site crews or contract labour.
- For a project hire, share the build type, project stage, site and relocation expectations.
- For sales, include the micro-market, price or ticket size and whether the channel is direct or partner-led.
Roles we recruit for in real estate and construction
Sales and business development make up the largest share of what developers, contractors and building material companies brief us on. Project, civil and plant roles come next, followed by business heads and the finance, HR and office staff who keep a project business running.
Sales, marketing and business development
- Sales Manager
- Business Development Manager
- Graphic Designer
We look for sellers who have closed with your kind of buyer at your ticket size, through channel partners, site visits or dealers, and for designers who can turn a launch brief into hoardings and brochures.
Projects and business heads
- Project Manager
- General Manager
Project leads are matched on the kind of build they delivered and the stage they took it through, and general managers on the region or business they actually ran for a promoter or board.
Finance, HR and office support
- Accountant
- HR Head
- Executive Assistant
We look for accountants who keep project-wise books (and, at developers, handle RERA account compliance), HR heads who have hired for sites as well as head office, and assistants who can run a promoter's calendar.
What makes hiring hard in real estate and construction
Sales experience is local and tied to ticket size
A real estate salesperson's value sits in a micro-market: the buyers, brokers and channel partners they already know. Someone who closed luxury apartments in Gurugram may struggle with mid-segment flats in Pune, yet both CVs say real estate sales. Selling a pre-launch tower and clearing ready inventory also call for different skills.
How we handle it: Your brief records the micro-market, ticket size and channel model. AI helps assess applications against it, and recruiters review profiles and hand-pick the shortlist only after confirming what each person sold, where, and through whom.
Building materials recruitment runs on relationships
Sales roles at building material companies depend on who the candidate already sells to. Dealer sales, project sales to contractors and specification selling to architects are different jobs with different contacts. A hire from the wrong channel can take a long time to build a pipeline in a new territory, however strong the brand behind them.
How we handle it: We ask which channel and territory the role owns before sourcing starts. AI helps assess applications against that channel rather than the brand on the CV, and recruiters confirm which dealer, contractor or architect accounts each candidate handles today before anyone is shortlisted.
Project experience rarely transfers across build types
A project manager who delivered residential towers is not automatically right for a commercial fit-out, an industrial shed or a road package. Contractors also need people willing to live at or travel to the site, which narrows the pool once relocation and site conditions are explained honestly. CV headlines rarely show any of this.
How we handle it: As a civil recruitment agency, we capture build type, project stage and site location in the brief. AI helps assess applications against those, and recruiters confirm each candidate's own projects and their willingness to relocate or travel before shortlisting, so your project head meets people who can actually move.
What we ask for in a real estate or construction brief
A sales brief without a ticket size, or a project brief without a site, sends the search after the wrong people. Your client success manager (CSM) asks for these details before a role goes live, and AI helps assess applications against them.
- Project type and stageResidential, commercial, industrial or infrastructure, and whether the work is pre-launch, under construction or ready to move.
- Site or sales territoryWhere the hire will be based, which sites or micro-markets they will cover, and how much travel or relocation the role involves.
- Ticket sizeFor sales roles, the price band of the homes, offices or material contracts they will sell, so we look for people who have closed at that level.
- Channel modelChannel partners, brokers or direct sales for developers; dealers, contractors or architects for building material companies.
- Reporting lineWhether the hire reports to the promoter, a business head or a project director, and what they can approve on their own.
