Why is my resume download locked?
Building, editing, templates and AI help are free. Downloading the PDF needs a Resume Builder credit or Gold. Pressing Download without one opens the plan picker.
When you press Download without a credit, the modal Unlock Your Professional Resume opens. It is not an error, it is the paywall doing its job.
The two ways to unlock

Unlock and download
- Press Download
The plan picker opens on its own if the resume is not unlocked.
- Choose an option
Press Pay & Download → for the pack, or Get GoodSpace Gold for the subscription. The price shown at checkout includes any offer running at the time.
- Pay
Finish the Razorpay checkout. The download starts on its own as soon as the payment goes through.
If something goes wrong
"Payment cancelled or failed"
WhyThe checkout window was closed, or the bank refused the payment.
FixTry again with another method. If money left your account, see Payments and refunds.
"Payment successful! You can download from your resumes list."
WhyThe payment worked but the file could not be built right then.
FixPress Download again in the editor. The credit is already on your account.
I am on Gold and it still asks me to pay
WhyYour plan may not have been picked up on this page yet.
FixReload the editor and press Download again. If it repeats, check your plan in Gold membership.
