"This resume has reached its limit of 5 downloads"
Each resume can be downloaded up to 5 times. Once you hit that, download is closed on that resume. Start a new resume, which keeps your content if you copy it across, and unlock that one.
The cap exists because one credit buys one resume, not an unlimited supply of different documents. Five downloads is room to fix typos and re-export, without turning a single purchase into a production line.
