What is the Fix Resume panel?
Fix Resume reviews the resume you have open and gives it a letter grade plus a list of issues. Quantified Impact and Wording & Readability are free. The other eight checks open when the resume is unlocked or you are on Gold.
Unlike a scan, this costs nothing to run and no credit is spent. It re-runs when you open it and whenever you ask it to, so you can watch the list shrink as you edit.

Reading the panel
- Grade
- A letter from A to F, worked out from every check, including the ones you cannot read yet.
- Issue count
- A number on each open check. A locked check shows a question mark, because it is not calculated for you.
- Jump to the line
- Pressing an issue takes you to the field it is about.
- Full scan
- Run the full ATS scan inside the panel sends the document to the ATS Score Checker.

Why is the issue count a question mark?
That check is not run for a locked resume, so there is genuinely no number to show rather than one being hidden from you.
Is this the same as the ATS score?
No. Fix Resume is a set of writing and formatting rules on the document you are editing. The ATS score is a separate scored report on an exported file.
It says nothing is wrong but my score is low
Run the full ATS scan from the panel. It checks parsing and keywords, which these rules do not cover.
