Where do I find the tools I bought?
Go to Manage products. It shows your current plan, the tools included with their remaining credits, the tools still locked, and a Recent Work list of everything you have made.
What is on the page
- Your current plan at the top, with what it includes.
- Tools Included, each with its remaining credits or access level.
- Locked Premium Tools, the ones you do not have yet.
- Recent Work, every session you have run, newest first.
Open it
- Sign in
The page is only for signed in accounts and it is not indexed.
- Go to Manage products
Open Manage products.
- Open a tool
Each card has its own button, for example Create Resume, Write Cover Letter or Start Interview.
If something goes wrong
"We couldn't load your tools right now."
WhyYour tools list could not be fetched.
FixSelect Retry on the message, or reload the page.
The page is empty or still loading
WhyYou may be signed out, or the session expired.
FixSign in again. See Account and login.
