Career tools basics

The premium hub is the page that lists every career tool GoodSpace offers, what each one does, and the plans that unlock them. You can open any tool from there without buying anything first.

Building a resume, a cover letter or an HR letter costs nothing, the charge is on the download. The resume scanner, headshot generator and mock interview charge for each run instead, and every account starts with a small free allowance.

On the resume scanner, resume builder, cover letter and HR letter writer, a one time purchase is a pack of 3 uses, not a single one. The mock interview is sold as one full interview instead.

A credit is one use of a tool. One is spent per scan, headshot, interview or unlocked download. Your balance for each tool is shown on Manage products, and failed runs are refunded.

Go to Manage products. It shows your current plan, the tools included with their remaining credits, the tools still locked, and a Recent Work list of everything you have made.

Open Manage products and scroll to Recent Work. It lists everything you have made across the tools, and you can filter by product and by status to find it quickly.

Purchases and credits belong to your GoodSpace account, not to a device. Sign in with the same phone number on the new device and everything is there.

Give the payment a few minutes, reload Manage products, and check you are signed in with the phone number that paid. Do not buy again until you have checked.

A single purchase is a pack of uses on one tool. Gold covers every tool with a monthly allowance plus visibility and Contact HR. Both options appear together on every unlock card.

Use the products menu in the top bar to open any tool. Inside the resume scanner, resume builder and cover letter generator, a small switcher moves you between them and carries your resume across.

It is a short feedback prompt shown after you have used a tool. Pick an emoji, add a comment and submit. Closing it dismisses it for that tool and it does not come back.

It writes workplace letters in the correct format: leave, resignation, work from home, salary hike and more. Each one comes as a printable letter plus a matching email you can send.

Writing and editing an HR letter costs nothing. Downloading the PDF, sending it as an email or copying the text is what needs an unlock, a credit or an active Gold membership.

Pick the custom option and describe the letter in your own words. Your first custom letter is a free preview you can read on screen, and unlocking it lets you download, send or copy it.
