What is the "Rate your experience" popup?
It is a short feedback prompt shown after you have used a tool. Pick an emoji, add a comment and submit. Closing it dismisses it for that tool and it does not come back.
Answer it
- Pick an emoji
Five options run from Terrible to Amazing.
- Add a comment
A comment is required, because a score on its own does not say what to fix.
- Submit
A short thank you replaces the prompt.
- Or dismiss it
Select the close control. It stays dismissed for that tool.
When it appears
- Timing
- After you have spent some time on the page, not the moment you arrive.
- Where
- Along the bottom on a phone, in the corner on a larger screen.
- How often
- Once per tool. Rating or dismissing it stops it.
Related questions
Can I change my rating later?
No. The prompt is asked once per tool.
Does a low rating get me a refund?
No. Refunds are handled separately, see Payments and refunds.
