Buying and Access
How do I find something I made earlier?
Open Manage products and scroll to Recent Work. It lists everything you have made across the tools, and you can filter by product and by status to find it quickly.
Find an old document or session
- Open Manage products
Go to Manage products.
- Scroll to **Recent Work**
Everything you have run is listed there, newest first.
- Filter
Use All Products to pick one tool, for example Cover Letter Generator or AI Mock Interviewer.
- Open or download it
Each row opens the item where it lives. Finished documents can be downloaded from here.
Status labels
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| In progress | Started but not finished |
| Completed | Finished |
| Payment pending | The purchase has not confirmed yet |
| Downloaded | You already saved a copy |
| Expired | No longer available |
| Failed | The run did not complete |
