Your Letters
Where do I find my earlier cover letters?
Open premium tools and scroll to Recent Work. Filter to Cover Letter and press View or Edit on the letter you want. It opens back in the editor.
Open an earlier letter
- Open your premium tools
Go to premium tools and scroll to Recent Work.
- Filter the list
Choose Cover Letter in the product dropdown, and narrow by status if you need to.
- Open it
Press Edit on a letter you can still change, or View on one that is finalised.
- Download again if you need the file
Press Download PDF in the editor. A letter that is already unlocked does not cost again.
Status labels
- **In progress**
- Written and still editable.
- **Payment pending**
- Checkout was started but never finished, so it is not unlocked.
- **Downloaded**
- Finalised. Readable and downloadable, not editable.
- **Failed**
- The letter was not created. Generate a new one.
Related questions
My list is empty
Check you are signed in with the same mobile number you used to write the letter. Letters belong to the account that made them.
Can I delete a letter?
There is no delete control in the editor. Old letters sit in the list and cost nothing to keep.
