I paid. What happens next?
The interview starts right after payment. If your preview was already spent, a fresh session opens carrying the same role, job description and resume, so nothing has to be retyped.
The normal flow
- Payment succeeds
You see Payment successful. Starting your interview.
- A loading screen appears
Loading interview session... while the session opens.
- The interview begins
The microphone and camera turn on and the interviewer greets you. There is no countdown on a full interview.
If something goes wrong
"Payment went through. Please start your interview again."
WhyThe payment was taken but the new session could not be opened.

Does the paid interview reuse my old session?
No. A session that already ran its preview is finished. A new one is created with the same details.
Do unused credits expire?
Credits that come with a plan run for that plan period. Check the count on Manage products.
