- The picker opens on every new session, so you can practise a different role with a different resume.
Upload problems
"The file should be in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format."
WhyThe file is an image, a Pages file or another format.
FixExport or save the resume as a PDF and upload it again.
"The file size should be less than 5 MB."
WhyThe file is too large, usually because of images.
FixCompress the PDF or remove large images, then upload again.
"Resume looks empty"
WhyThe file is a scan or a photo, so there is no text to read.
FixUpload a text based PDF, not a scanned image.
"Password protected"
WhyThe PDF is locked.
FixRemove the password, save the file again and upload it.
"Doesn't look like a resume"
WhyThe file does not read like a CV with experience, education and skills.
FixUpload your actual resume file, not a certificate or a cover letter.
