Why can't I reopen an interview I already started?
Once a session has run its free preview or finished, it cannot be started again. Reloading the page will not give you more time. Start a new session from the tool.
Each session can be run once. If you reopen a session whose preview is already spent, the plans are shown instead of the interview.
Start again cleanly
- Go back to the tool
Open AI Mock Interview.
- Select **Start Interview**
Pick your resume again and fill in the job details.
- Unlock it if you want the full run
With no free credit left, the new session shows the plans before the interview starts.
If something goes wrong
The page sends me to a report instead of the interview

FixThat is your report. Read it, then start a new session to practise again.

WhyThe link points to a session that does not belong to your account or no longer exists.
FixOpen AI Mock Interview and start a new session.

An interview that was set up but never run can still be opened. One that already ran cannot.

A credit is spent when the session is unlocked. Leaving an unlocked interview early still uses it, which is why the leave popup warns you.
