"Generating Your Report", how long does it take?
The interview is being analysed. It usually takes 30 to 60 seconds and the page checks for the report by itself. If it is still not ready after a couple of minutes, refresh the page or come back later.
After the interviewer signs off, your answers are analysed before the report can open. This screen is the wait, not an error.
What you see

- The page keeps checking and shows a Checking for updates... counter while it does.
- If it runs long
- The message changes to say it is taking longer than expected and asks you to refresh or come back later.

- Stay on the page first
Let the automatic checks run. Leaving does not stop the analysis.
- Refresh once
After a couple of minutes, refresh the page to pull the report again.
- Come back later
Reopen the session from Recent Work on Manage products.
Related questions
Will I lose the report if I close the tab?
No. It is generated on our side and you can open it later from Recent Work.
I get "Report Not Found" instead
That session has no report, which is normal for a free preview. Run a full interview to get one.
