"Interview Incomplete" on the report page
The session was set up but the interview never ran to the end, so there is nothing to analyse. Select Resume Interview if it is still open, otherwise start a new session.
What to do
- Select **Resume Interview**
This takes you back into the session. If it can still be run, it starts.
- If it cannot be resumed
A session whose preview is already spent cannot be reopened. You are shown the plans instead.
- Start again
Select Back to Mock Interview and set up a new session.
If something goes wrong
"Report Not Found"
WhyThat session was a free preview, or it never produced a report.
FixRun a full interview. Previews are not analysed.
"Error Loading Report"
WhyThe report could not be fetched right now.
FixRefresh the page. If it repeats, open it again later from Recent Work on Manage products.

A credit is spent when the session is unlocked, before the interview runs.
Can I get the report generated again?
Reports are generated once from the interview that actually took place. Run a new interview to get a new report.
