Does GoodSpace send WhatsApp or SMS messages?
Your phone is used for the sign in code, which can also be sent on WhatsApp if the SMS does not arrive. Gold members get a WhatsApp support number and a Gold community group. There is no on site switch for phone messages.
What reaches your phone
- Sign in codes. A one time code to your number. If it does not arrive, the sign in screen offers Didn't get it? Send OTP on WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp support. Gold and PRO members see a WhatsApp number in the in app Support dialog.
- The Gold member community. A WhatsApp group that comes with Gold. See Gold community.
Stop messages on your phone
- Leave the Gold community group
Leaving the WhatsApp group stops those messages, exactly like any other group.
- Block the number in WhatsApp
WhatsApp's own block and report controls work on GoodSpace numbers too.
- Ask support to stop them
There is no phone message switch inside GoodSpace, so write to support with your registered number if messages continue.
