This message means the request for your notifications failed, almost always a connection problem. Select Try again. If the page stays empty, reload and make sure you are still signed in.

Get the list back

  1. Select Try again

The error card has a Try again button. That retries the same request.

  2. Check your connection

Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi, then retry.

  3. Reload the page

A full reload also re-reads your sign in state.

  4. Sign in again if needed

If you were signed out in another tab, the list cannot load. See Account and login.

If something goes wrong

"No notifications yet"

WhyNothing has been sent to this account yet, or you are signed in to a different account than you expect.

FixCheck which account you are on from the profile menu. A new account genuinely has an empty list.

"Loading older notifications..." never finishes

WhyThe next page request failed.

FixReload the page. The list starts again from the newest.

The bell shows a count but the panel is empty

WhyThe count loaded and the list did not.

FixClose and reopen the bell, or open Notifications instead.

Do I lose notifications if the page fails to load?

No. They are stored on your account and are still there when the page loads again.

Why does the page load but nothing updates live?

The live connection may be blocked by your network. The count still refreshes on its own every few minutes.
