I am not getting emails from GoodSpace
Check the spam or promotions folder first, then confirm the email address on your profile is correct and spelled right. If you unsubscribed earlier, promotional emails like job alerts will no longer arrive.
Work through these in order
- Search your whole mailbox
Search for goodspace rather than opening folders one by one.
Check Spam, Junk, Promotions and Updates.
- Check the address on your profile
Open your profile and read the email address carefully. A single wrong letter is the most common cause.
- Mark one as not spam
If you find a GoodSpace email in spam, mark it as not spam and add the sender to your contacts. The next ones then land in your inbox.
- Check whether you unsubscribed
If job alerts and tips stopped but interview and purchase emails still arrive, you are unsubscribed from promotional email.
- Try a different address
Some work mail servers block outside senders. A personal address is more reliable for a job search.
