An application is missing from my tracker
Check three things in order: press Load more at the bottom of the board, clear your filters, then confirm the application actually went through. Jobs from other sites only appear if the extension captured them or you added them.
Work through it in order
Scroll to the bottom of the board and press Load more Goodspace applications. The line under it says how many are loaded.
- Clear the filters
Press Filters, then Clear all. A number on the Filters button means something is on.
- Empty the search box
The search is inside the Filters panel and is easy to forget.
- Check the right column
A job you moved to Withdrawn or Rejected is still there, just further right.
- Confirm the application went through
If you never reached the confirmation screen on GoodSpace, the application may not exist. See Applying to jobs.
- For an outside job, add it by hand
Press Add Application. Nothing from another site appears unless it was captured or added.
If something goes wrong

WhyThat half of the board failed to load.

WhyYou may be signed in to a different account.
FixCheck which account you are signed in to. See Account and login.
A job vanished after you applied on another site
WhyYou answered No to the extension's Track this application? prompt.
FixAdd it with Add Application, or open the extension panel on the job page and press Save to tracker.
Related questions
Do old applications get deleted?
No. They stay on the board, paged in as you load more.
Why does the header count not match what I see?
The header counts everything on your account. What is on screen is what the filters and the loaded pages allow.
