How do I see the timeline and feedback for an application?
Tap the card marked via Goodspace. A panel opens with the application timeline, whether a recruiter has viewed your application, and a View Feedback button where feedback exists.
Open the detail
- Find the application
On the board it is a card with the via Goodspace mark. In the table it is a row with View at the end.
- Tap it
A panel slides in from the right on a computer, and up from the bottom on a phone.
- Read the timeline
It runs from Applied through the shortlisting stage to Recruiter viewed your application.
A recruiter who has not opened it reads Yet to view.
- Open the feedback
Press View Feedback for the score, what stood out and what was missing.
- Close it
Press the cross, tap outside the panel, or press Escape.
What the feedback can include
- Whether you were shortlisted, kept under review or not shortlisted
- A score for how your profile matched the job
- A short written summary
- Strengths and gaps
- Areas to improve, and interview tips where they are given
