Can I get a copy of my data, or have it deleted?
Most of your information can be corrected on your profile. For access, correction or a copy of your data, write to the Grievance Officer with proof of identity. Deleting your account is done from your account settings.

For example a copy of your data, or a correction to one specific field.
- Be ready to prove who you are
Valid proof of identity is required, so nobody else can make a request about your data.

How long is my data kept?
No longer than is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or than legal and contractual obligations require. After that it is deleted or archived.
