What data does GoodSpace collect about me?
GoodSpace collects the details you give at sign up, the information in your resume, and information about how you use the platform. It is used to run your job search and, where your resume matches a role, to put you in front of recruiters.
What is collected, per the privacy policy
- Your name, email address, password, country, city, contact number and the organisation you are associated with, when you sign up.
- The things a resume normally holds, including your contact details, work experience, education, current and past salary, and a copy of the resume itself.
- Information about the services you use and how you use them, including log and location information.
Who it can be shared with
- Recruiters, where GoodSpace determines your resume matches a role they are hiring for. By registering you agree your resume can be forwarded.
- Group companies, for internal business and administrative purposes.
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or to investigate fraud or a threat to someone's safety.
- A buyer of the business, in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Exercise your rights
- Correct it yourself first
Most of it is editable on your profile.
- Ask for access, correction or portability
Write to the Data Protection Officer and Grievance Officer. See the grievance officer.
- Prove who you are
You will be asked for valid proof of identity, so a request cannot be made on your behalf by someone else.
- Delete your account
That is done from your account settings. See Account and login.
