GCoin problems
Can I get GCoins back or turn them into money?
GCoins are a reward balance, not money. There is no way to withdraw them, send them to another user, or convert them into cash or tool credits.
What GCoins cannot do
- Be withdrawn to a bank account or a UPI ID.
- Be transferred to another GoodSpace user.
- Be converted into tool credits or a Gold plan.
- Be used to pay at checkout.
- Spent GCoins
- Entries in the Transactions tab are a record of what happened, and are not reversed on request.
- Money refunds
- Refunds of money you paid follow the refund policy, which is separate from GCoins.
