Do GCoins expire?
GCoins do not carry an expiry date. Your balance is the running total of everything credited and used on your account, so it only changes when something is added or spent.

- None. GCoins are not dated to lapse.
- What the balance is
- The running total of every credit and debit on your account.
- Effect of buying Gold
- Buying or cancelling a plan does not clear your GCoins.
Why a balance can still change
- An entry was reversed because the details it rewarded were removed from your profile.
- GCoins linked to another person drop off if that account is removed from GoodSpace.
- You are looking at a different GoodSpace account.
Check what changed
- Open GCoins
Go to GCoins.
- Open the Transactions tab
Look for an entry around the time the balance changed.
- Contact support if nothing explains it
Note the date and the balance you expected.
