What does the Insufficient Funds message mean?
The message means your GCoin balance is lower than the action needs. Tap Earn Gcoins in the box to go to the earn tasks and build the balance back up.
What you see
- Title
- Insufficient Funds!
- Message
- Insufficient funds in wallet
- Buttons
- Earn Gcoins, which opens the GCoins page, and Add funds.
Get past it
- Tap Earn Gcoins
This takes you to GCoins with the earn tasks.
- Finish a task that is not full
Cards with an empty or part filled progress bar still credit GCoins.
- Go back and try the action again
Return to the screen where the message appeared and retry.
If something goes wrong
Related questions
Does this mean I owe money?
No. It is about your GCoin balance, not a money balance. Nothing is charged.
Is this the same as a locked career tool?
No. Locked tools need a plan or a tool credit. See Career tools basics.
