My GCoins balance did not go up
Reload the GCoins page first, because the balance is fetched when the page opens. If it is still the same, the task was probably already at its limit or was not saved completely.
Check in this order
- Reload the GCoins page
Open GCoins fresh. The balance and the task counters are read when the page loads.
- Open the Transactions tab
If the entry is there, the GCoins were credited.
- Check the task counter
On the Earn GCoins tab, a full progress bar means that task gives nothing more.
- Check the task really saved
Reopen the screen the card sent you to and confirm the details are stored, not left in a half filled form.
- Confirm the account
If you have more than one GoodSpace login, make sure you completed the task on the same account.
Common causes
The task was already completed once before
WhyMost tasks credit a fixed number of times only.
A daily cap was reached
WhySome tasks credit only a few times a day.
FixTry again the next day.
An invite did not credit
WhyThe GCoins for an invite are credited when the person installs GoodSpace and signs up through your link, not when you send it.
FixShare the link again from the Invite your friends box on GCoins.
The balance went down on its own
WhyGCoins linked to another person can drop off if that account is removed from GoodSpace.
FixCheck the Transactions tab and contact support if you cannot explain the change.
