Safety On The Feed
My post was removed or put on hold
On hold means your post was hidden after reports and is being reviewed. Removed means it stays down. Restored means it is back. In every case GoodSpace emails you and says why.
The three states

| Restored | It was reviewed, cleared and put back on the feed |
Reasons a post is removed
- It read as spam or repetitive promotion
- The role could not be verified, or the post asked candidates for money
- It targeted a person or a group
- It stated something false as fact
- It carried graphic or adult content
- It did not meet the community rules
If you think it was a mistake
- Find the email
Search your mailbox for goodspace. The mail names the post and the reason.
- Reply to that email
A person reads the replies. Quote the reference in the email so the post can be found.
- Do not repost the same thing
Reposting the same text will be refused as a repeat, and repeat removals count against you.

There is no fixed time. You are emailed when the decision is made, either removed or restored.
Can I see how many removals I have had?
There is no counter in the app. The removal email tells you when it is your third in a month.
Why was it hidden when I only saw one complaint?
A post is hidden once three different people report it, which protects readers before a person can review it.
