How do I get more headshots after my free ones?
Once your credits are used up, the generator shows a pricing screen offering a pack of five headshots. Complete the payment and the credits are added to your account straight away.

- Review the pack
The Professional Package lists five professional headshots, all background styles, high resolution downloads and use across all platforms.
- Pay
Select the purchase button and complete the payment at checkout.
- Generate
On success you see a confirmation and your credits are refreshed. Generate your next headshot.
If something goes wrong
"Payment verification failed"
WhyThe payment did not confirm.
FixTry again, or use another payment method. If money was debited, see Payments and refunds.
I paid but the count still shows zero
WhyThe page had not refreshed the balance yet.
FixClose the generator, reopen it, and check the count again.
The pricing screen opens even though I had credits
WhyThe credits may have been used on an earlier generation.
FixCheck your balance on Manage products.
