How long does a headshot take to generate?
It usually takes a few moments. Keep the screen open while it says Generating your professional headshot. If it fails, the credit is returned to your account.

- Generating your professional headshot... and This may take a few moments.
- Keep the modal open
- Closing it or leaving the page cancels what you are waiting for.
- If it fails
- The credit for that attempt is returned to your account automatically.
If it seems stuck
- Wait a little longer
Generation is not instant. Give it time before acting.
- Check your connection
A weak connection can make the upload and the response slow.
- Close and try once more
Close the modal, reopen the generator and select Generate headshot again.

Can I use another tab while it generates?
Keep the headshot tab open. Switching tabs is fine, closing the page is not.
Will a failed attempt cost me a credit?
No. The credit is only charged once the image has been generated and stored, and it is returned if something fails after that.
