How do I create an AI headshot?
Open the AI Headshot Generator, sign in, upload a selfie or use your current profile photo, choose a background style, then select Generate headshot.
Create your headshot
- Open the tool
Go to AI Headshot Generator and select the button to start.
- Sign in
If you are signed out, the login screen opens first and the flow continues afterwards.
- Add your resume if asked
New accounts are asked for a resume once, so the rest of GoodSpace works for you too.
- Upload a selfie
Select Upload a selfie. PNG or JPG, up to 5 MB. If you already have a profile photo, you can use it instead.
- Pick a background style
Choose one of the five styles. Office is selected by default.
- Select **Generate headshot**
The screen shows Generating your professional headshot... while it works.
If something goes wrong
"Please select an image first"
WhyNo photo is chosen yet.
FixUpload a selfie, or select your current profile photo, then generate again.
"Image file should be smaller than 5 MB."
WhyThe photo is too large.
FixResize or compress the photo, or take a fresh one at normal quality.
The file picker will not accept my photo
WhyThe format is not supported.
FixUse a PNG or JPG file. Screenshots saved as HEIC or other formats may not be accepted.
