How do I download my AI headshot?
On the result screen, select the download icon in the corner of the image. The headshot saves to your device as a PNG file.
Save the image
- Wait for the result
The screen reads Your new headshot is ready! and shows the image.
- Select the download icon
It sits in the top corner of the headshot image itself.
- Confirm it saved
A message says Headshot downloaded successfully! and the PNG file is in your downloads.
If something goes wrong
Nothing downloads
WhyA download or popup blocker stopped the file.
FixAllow downloads for GoodSpace in your browser settings and select the icon again.
I closed the screen before downloading
WhyThe result screen does not come back on its own.
FixYour headshot is also set as your GoodSpace profile photo, so you can save it from your profile.
The file will not open on my phone
WhySome gallery apps do not index new downloads right away.
FixOpen it from your browser downloads list, or from the Downloads folder in your file manager.
